This page describes how to manage the site referring to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This information is made in accordance with art. 13 of the Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003, N. 196 called “Code on the processing of personal data”, to those who interact with the Web services of “CIGNO”, accessible by telematics way starting from the address cigno.it which corresponds to the homepage of the official site.
The information is made only for the site cigno.it and not for other websites consulted by the user through links. The information is also inspired by Recommendation No. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, reunited with the Group established by art. 29 of Directive No. 95/46/CE, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of online personal data, and, in particular, the modes, timing and nature of the information that the holders of treatments must provide to users when they connect to Web pages, irrespective of the connection purposes.

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide the personal data contained in the information request forms to “cigno.it”. The conferral of personal data and its consent to the processing is necessary in order to take advantage of the services offered.
Failure to provide consent to the treatment or subsequent revocation will result in the cancellation of the request with the consequent cancellation from the services offered by the site.

The purposes and methods of treatment;
Of the logic applied in the case of processing made with the aid of electronic instruments;

Of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of it as designated representative in the territory of the State, of persons in charge or in charge.

Deletion, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of law, including those for which no conservation is required in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
